                               RESOLUTION NO. 20709
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE
                  OF HUFFAKER STREET AT THE MCCALLIE HOMES AREA
                  IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT A TRAFFIC PLAN FOR
                  ELIMINATION OF DRUG TRAFFIC IN THE LOCAL
                  COMMUNITY.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closure of Huffaker Street at the McCallie Homes area 
in
       order to implement a traffic plan approved by the Resident
       Association and the Fire Chief for elimination of drug traffic in 

       the local community.
